You're good with numbers, details and accuracy. We operate at a fast pace, so you'll bring energy and great communication.

Great work always comes from great relationships of trust. You like to get out to visit clients, get to know them and how we can help them.

You enjoy the creative process:

You love having conversations with creative partners, clients and staff around brand, marketing, digital and content. We can mentor you in all aspects of our creative services to gain a well rounded understanding.

Key Aspects of the Role

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate reporting to clients.
  • Manage deadlines and communicating these to the project teams.
  • Smooth flow of information from clients, to our creative team and back to clients.
  • Working with suppliers to coordinate production of client work, including working with our artist community.
  • Managing our marketing activity across web, social and e-marketing.
  • Contributing to creating a space where te reo Māori and Māori culture are valued and celebrated
