We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Studio Manager / Producer to help harness rapid growth due to strong client demand.

Role Review

We need a motivated leader, who loves to bring together our client service team, creative team and external providers to deliver the very best work. You love to establish a clear scope with our clients and define clear pathways and budget control to deliver the very best work.

Studio Manager

  • Defining pricing structures for efficient quoting.
  • Quoting projects and establishing time lines to achieve great work.
  • Liaising with the client service team on scheduling and delivery of work.
  • Using Workflowmax to manage project budgets, invoicing and reporting to clients.
  • Creating reports in Workflowmax to track profitability by project, service type and client.
  • Leading daily internal WIPs to coordinate workflow through the creative team.
  • Establishing systems, processes and technology support for more efficient operations.


Producer

  • Establishing good relationships with the creative suppliers and contractors and partner agencies.
  • Researching new production methods that expand our ability to deliver spatial, installations, experiences and digital experiences.
  • Liaising with producers for quotes and delivery of work.
  • Managing video and photography shoots.

Requirements

  • Previous agency experience essential.
  • Experience with branding, campaign and digital projects.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple jobs while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • A skilled leader, with great communication and relationship building skills.
  • Down to earth, hands on, get it done person.
  • Understanding of Māori cultural practices and principles is helpful. But we provide training for all staff.
